The work included the removal of an existing redundant chiller and 2 pumps, and replacing them with upgraded equipment. On Time Insulation was required to match the colour of the existing pipe cladding.

Our Solution
On Time Insulation used Colorbond Pale Eucalypt to match the colour of the existing pipe cladding. Flexicell polyethylene insulation was installed to chilled water piping. This product is preferred over polystyrene pipe insulation as it is more thermally efficient and produces less mess throughout the build.
Colorbond cladding comes in a variety of colour options and is provided with a 30-year guarantee from Bluescope Steel. Colorbond is a high tensile steel and provides a very hard protective covering over the insulation. No painting is required, also resulting in less mess and contractors on site.
The new Powerpax chiller is supplied with an insulation kit. On Time Insulation neatly installed insulation from this kit to the evaporator body and components to create a professional finish.
On Time Insulation completed this project in 5 days and and handed over a clean and tidy plant room to a very happy facilities manager.
