Our History and Vision

The seeds of On Time Insulation were planted in the late sixties, when current owner, Mark Taylor started his training in the Building Industry. After 20 years of frustration, surrounded by trades that rarely did what they said they’d do, On Time Insulation was launched in January of 1988 from an opportunity and a passion to be productive and reliable in the industry. On the back of this, On Time Insulation has successfully grown by word of mouth since then.

To this day, the strong commitment to actually doing what was promised has been instilled in every member of the “On Time Family”, a truly remarkable team of people with whom we work. The business grows on the strength of its people and the level of enthusiasm and dedication they bring to work with them every day. The fact that our people currently average 13 years of dedicated service must say something about the culture of the ‘Family’. Soon, we will be celebrating the 30 year anniversary for two of our family members and while we all focus on delivering innovative solutions, still today, every time we say we will do something, we will do it.

Over the years, On Time Insulation has undertaken many challenges, a memorable one being able to undertake the insulation works in two hospitals at the same time….one in Kalgoorlie and the other in Mt Isa. Both jobs completed on time, as promised. Another memorable early project was the replacement of all the pipe insulation to the solar panels at the Yulara Resort at Uluru. One of our teams drove up there with a fully loaded Landcruiser Troop Carrier and 9×5 trailer loaded as high as legally possible. There were some very funny stories from that trip. We have certainly covered some ground from Kalgoorlie to the Cairns Airport job and we’re very proud of the quality of every job undertaken.
