Passive Fire Protection

As a Gold Member of the Fire Protection Association Australia, On Time Insulation provides passive fire penetration sealing for services. 

Specialising in fire rated pipe wall and floor penetrations, we use various supplier systems to provide a multitude of options for our clients. Insulated pipes, non-insulated pipes, cables and trays, we work with our clients to find a tested system for their situation. 

On projects, we can provide wholistic penetration sealing for pipes, including the supply and installation of fire rated products, labelling on site, and a register detailing each penetration with photographic evidence ready to hand to the PCA. Provision of a ‘Deemed to Satisfy’ installation certificate compliant with the requirements of the BCA can be provided for each project.

As an experienced installer of Trafalgar Fyrewrap, we can provide a lightweight, mess-free alternative to ‘fire-spray’. Ducts can be fire rated to -/120/120 or -/180/180 using this tested system. Where ducts penetrate fire rated walls or floors, we can provide sealing to comply with Trafalgar’s system.
