Pipe Insulation

Supply, installation, and advice on thermal pipe insulation are at the heart of our business at On Time Insulation. We supply and install all material types of pipe insulation for any pipe or situation imaginable, including tanks and associated fittings. All materials comply with the relevant Australian Standards including AS1530.4 and are low VOC.

Examples include:

• Custom cut polystyrene and polyurethane (all densities)
• Polyethylene tube and roll
• Glasswool 
• Rockwool 

These can be supplied with or without aluminium foil facing, PVC jacketing, metal cladding, or various “tough foils”. Talk to us about our new range of coloured foils. 

As specialists, we can advise on the best material for each unique application, be it chilled, heating, steam, or very high temperature. They can interpret engineering specifications and the Building Code of Australia Section J to ensure you are complying with the relevant insulation standard for your project.
