The $91.5 million building at Lidcombe is the largest coroner’s court and forensic medicine facility in Australia.

Their Needs
The HVAC system on this demanding building incorporated a top level plant room containing 2 boilers, 3 chillers, 13 double stacked AHUs, associated pumps and equipment.
Our Solution
The entire chilled and heating water pipe system was insulated with Flexicell polyethylene and clad with aluminium sheet by On Time Insulation. Great care was taken to ensure the shiny “stainless look” finish of the aluminium cladding for hand over. Aluminium with 2B finish has become our go to pipe cladding product for its price efficiency, clean look, and resistance to corrosion.
